Anyone publicly claiming that medicine doesn't work should not be allowed in a hospital no matter how sick or injured they are.
Also... anyone claiming we didn't evolve doesn't get new flu shots. (Hey... we wouldn't need NEW ones if the flu wasn't EVOLVING!)
